SUMMARY:Hebrew Cemetery Walking Tour
DESCRIPTION:Jews were among the early residents of the Comstock and Reno\, contributing to flourishing trade and active civic engagement.  Many notable Reno families are buried here.  Enter on Angel Street\, where you will be guided through a set of gates to the parking area.  You will exit onto Nevada Street. Guide: Steve Matles. \nPlease arrive 15 minutes early to check in and sign our liability waiver. (A copy of the waiver can be found here.) Wear comfortable shoes\, and bring a hat\, sunglasses\, and water bottle in warm weather. No dogs\, walkers\, baby strollers\, or bicycles allowed. \nWalks generally last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Please note\, some neighborhoods may have uneven walking surfaces and sidewalk barriers\, which may make it difficult for people with mobility issues.
